Order Processing & Shipping
Vesiora processes all confirmed orders within 1–2 business days. Once processed, orders are shipped via our official logistics partner, Trax, to ensure secure and trackable delivery across Pakistan.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 5–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier network conditions.
After dispatch, tracking details are shared via SMS or WhatsApp. Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond Vesiora’s control.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Vesiora supports Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations. Customers are required to pay the full order amount at the time of delivery to the Trax rider.
Refusal to accept a confirmed COD order without valid reason may result in account restrictions or future COD limitations.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Vesiora may offer free shipping under promotional campaigns or minimum order values.
Failed Deliveries & Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. Failed deliveries due to incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or unavailability may result in order cancellation.
In such cases, shipping charges are non-refundable and reshipment will require additional confirmation.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify Vesiora within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images or video evidence of the package and item.
After verification, Vesiora may offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.
Returns & Refund Alignment
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products are generally non-returnable unless received damaged or incorrect.
Approved refunds (if applicable) are processed after returned items pass quality inspection. Refunds for COD orders are issued via bank transfer or store credit, as per policy.
Vesiora reserves the right to decline returns or refunds that do not meet policy conditions or show signs of misuse.
Courier Delays & Liability
While Trax is a reliable courier partner, Vesiora is not liable for delays caused by weather conditions, strikes, regional restrictions, or operational disruptions.
However, our support team will actively assist in tracking and resolving delivery-related concerns where possible.
