To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on where to send the package. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
